CFP: Perspectives on Performance
The Stony Brook Music Department announces its inaugural Graduate Music Symposium, to be held February 11-12, 2011. We welcome graduate students from all disciplines to submit paper or lecture-recital proposals on various aspects of musical performance. The symposium will feature a keynote address by Dr. Ellen Rosand (Yale), as well as a performance of Handel’s Acis and Galatea by Stony Brook’s award-winning Baroque Ensemble, directed by Arthur Haas.
